Appointment lengths – Standard or long appointment
How long will you need for your appointment with your doctor:
- Standard appointment – If you have one medical issue to discuss with your doctor, please book a standard appointment.
- Long appointment – If you have two medical issues to discuss with your doctor please book a long appointment.
- Family appointments – We are happy to see more than one family member, please book an appointment for each person
- For small procedures and pap smears please book a long appointment.
If you are unsure about which appointment length you should book, please contact our friendly reception staff for advice.
Interpreter Service – If you or a relative require an interpreter for your consultation please advise our reception staff when making your appointment.
Please remember to bring to your appointment:
- Your Medicare, DVA, Seniors or Concession Card
- List of any medications, allergies or recent test results
- List of any questions you may have
- Feel free to bring along a friend or family member for support
- New patients – Arrive 10 minutes early to fill in a new patient and medical history form or – New Patient Form 2024 (PDF 245kB).
This information allows our staff to better asses your medical needs and provide you with the most appropriate medical advice and treatment.

Urgent/walk-in appointments – Urgent/Walk-in appointments are welcome and will be triaged at reception according to patient needs.
After hours care – National Home Doctor Service – For urgent medical care when your GP is closed: Call 13 74 25

You can conveniently pay any outstanding fees at the conclusion of your appointment at reception via:

- Eftpos
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Direct Deposit – Curans Pty Ltd – BSB 082-528 Acc 127222081 with Invoice number for processing.
